We are borderline addicted to this drink. It's hands down our favorite treat. If you haven't tried it you've got to. TJ ordered a book to learn how to brew it ourselves, I'll let you know how that goes once we start the process. But in the mean time enjoy!!!!

TJ, Ginger -- dropping by your virtual doorstep on a lovely, summer Sunday morning...ok, Kombucha was literally the only thing my mom would drink at the very end of her illness and it always made her come alive. It truly is nectar of the gods...i just couldn't handle the texture of the drink myself, what with the live enzymes swimming around in the liquid. I'll check back to see your progress on the brewing...xoxo's to the boys...Mary from Chicago
no way! i love this stuff. i'd never even heard about it,just thought it looked interesting and wow! i've tried a few flavors but Gingerade is the one that i know i love. and it's so low in sugar, just amazing. i just love the idea of eating and drinking raw living things...yogurt, kombucha, sprouts. i've made my own yogurt. would love to make kombucha. did u guys make it? should i try? it's so expensive.
